（1）用户应遵守大陆、香港法律，MTF依法保护用户权利，授权AB组每日检查并公告处理结果；

（2）攻击、辱骂、威胁、挑衅、欺诈、广告、骚扰、虚假实名等行为，将导致功能、账户、来源封禁，并将承担相应责任；

（3）任何人不得镜像、采集、转码MTF内容；

（4）MTF定位交互弹幕受《专利法》保护，专利权、商标权、著作权不容侵犯；

（5）MTF及相应网址MTF.IM，未经法院判决，不得拦截、诋毁、妄测、质疑应向MTF求证后公布。

2 侵权追究

MTF将优先追究 个人的法律责任，包括 公开向权威媒体发布道歉声明以及不少于50万元的经济赔偿。

3 法律授权

MTF授权AB组，受理用户反馈，追查定位侵权源头，采用法律许可的任何措施保护信息安全。

MTF已委托律师，提供必要法律支持。

1 Rights statement

(1) Users shall abide by the laws of China, Hongkong and MTF shall protect the rights of the users in accordance with the law, authorize the AB Group to inspect and announce the results daily;

(2) Acts of attack, abuse, threat, provocation, fraud, advertising, harassment, false name, etc., which will result in the closure of functions, accounts and sources, and will bear corresponding responsibilities;

(3) No person may mirror, collect, or transcoding MTF content;

(4) MTF positioning interaction technology is protected by patent law. Patent right, trademark right and copyright can not be infringed;

(5) MTF and the corresponding website MTF.IM, without the court's decision, shall not intercept, slander, speculation, doubt, should be announced after confirmation of the MTF.

2 Infringement Investigation

The MTF will give priority to individual legal liabilities, including an open apology to the authoritative media and economic compensation of not less than $500 thousand.

3 Legal Authority

MTF authorizes the AB group to receive user feedback, track down the source of the infringement and adopt any legally permitted measures to protect the information security.

MTF has commissioned counsel to provide the necessary legal support.
